This is a continuous tone laser process which unlike giclee does not use ink dots, however small. It is particularly suited to reproduce subtle colour transitions and fine detail, and is at its best in the dark lusterous tones of our two nightscape editions. The impact and richness of these images shows what the medium has to offer the modern collector and interior designer.
Our images are printed on 220gsm Fuji Crystal Archive photographic paper, which is gaurenteed against colour fading for 60 years under normal conditions (Arhennius testing). Metamerism is relatively low. Prints can be dry mounted by your framer on a wide range of surfaces ranging from conventional acid free board to aluminium laminate sheet.
Lambda prints need to be handled with the care appropriate to archival photographic images. To avoid accidental nicks or scuffs prior to mounting we strongly recommend that prints delivered in shipping tubes are first unrolled by a professional framer.
